Futuron Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Woofy AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

We do not collect or store personal data on our servers. Woofy AI is designed with privacy at its core:

  • Dog Profiles: All dog profile information (name, breed, age, training progress) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
  • Training Progress: Your lesson completions, XP, badges, streaks, and all progress data are stored entirely on your device.
  • Photos: Photos you take for training verification or treat scanning are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

AI Features

Woofy AI uses artificial intelligence for treat safety scanning and photo verification. These features work as follows:

  • When you use the treat scanner or photo verification, your image is sent to our secure proxy server, which forwards it to OpenAI's API for processing.
  • Images are processed in real-time and are not retained by our servers or by OpenAI after processing.
  • No personally identifiable information is sent with these requests.

Subscriptions & Payments

All subscriptions and payments are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles your payment data.

Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve the App experience. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.

Third-Party Services

  • OpenAI: Used for AI-powered features (treat scanning, photo verification). Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple: Manages subscriptions, payments, and app distribution.

Children's Privacy

Woofy AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). Our proxy server uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your personal data on our servers, there is no data to request, modify, or delete on our end. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the Woofy AI app from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
